This has been our schedule over the winter, we will make some changes as the days get longer with the summer coming.
7:00 - 7:30 : Puja / Group interfaith singing, prayers and chant
7:30 - 8:30 : Meditation
8:30 - 9:00 : Yoga Practice, self paced or guided
9:00 - 11:00 : Breakfast, Self Study and Self Care
10:45 - 11:00 : Work consecration
11:00 - 14:00 : Karma Yoga (work in assigned department)
14:00 - 17:00 : Lunch and personal time
17:00 - 18:30 : Satsang, personal development workshop, philosophy class, movie*, bonfire*
19:00 - 20:00 : evening meditation
* on social evenings, meditation will take place on sat sang time and the activity on meditation time.
